ABC/25 Virtual STEM Fair
ABC/25 Foundation and ComEd’s Hourly Pricing Program are hosting a Virtual STEM Fair for District 25 students. The Virtual STEM Fair challenges students to explore, examine and analyze scientific questions and have fun!There's also an opportunity to help raise money for ABC/25 teacher grants. Students can use existing projects they may have from Personalized Learning, the Science Olympiad, the Teachnology fair or any other science project they may have.
Students will submit videos on their projects online!
Cash prizes are awarded per age group(K-2, 3-5, 6-8) by a panel of ComEd and STEM industry professionals.
We are looking for 1 or 2 people to take chair the Bike Rodeo in September. It is a fun, 1 day event that's teaches 3rd graders bike safety and allows them to ride to school independently. Please contact olivepta@gmail.com if you are interested or if you have questions.
Donations for End of Year 5th Grade Celebrations
There are some wonderful 5th grade traditions at OMS including the Camp Edwards field trip & the 5th Grade Breakfast. Due to rising costs, we are asking for donations from those that are able to give more, to keep costs low for families. School Supplies 2016/2017
It is that time of year to order your school supplies for the 2016-17 school year. We have made some changes this year. School supply kits will be in the classroom by the first day of school. There will be no parent pick up this year.

ABC/25 Volunteer Opportunities
We Need YOU! Join the ABC/25 Foundation Board and IMPACT the District 25 learning environment! The ABC/25 Foundation is a volunteer organization that since its inception has raised and contributed more than $1 million in teacher and school grants for District 25. There are still various openings for the 2016-2017 school year.

ABC/25 Foundation's Membership Drive for 2016-17 is now underway! Be sure to sign up to join ABC/25 Foundation when you register your child online for school next year. With a minimum $40 donation, your family can join ABC/25 and help Olive earn a $2500 grant which is given when 25% of Olive families join.
