Famous Illinoisans

On Tuesday, March 1st, our third grade students presented on a variety of famous Illinoisans.  Our staff, students, and families were impressed with their hard work preparing for their presentations.  Students dressed as their famous Illinoisan and shared all they learned.  A few of the people we met were:  Barack and Michelle Obama, Michael Jordan, Marlee Matlin, and Gwendolyn Brooks.
