OMS Families,
We need your help! Believe it or not, we are already beginning to plan for next year. Please help us by completing the following survey by Friday, January 27, 2017. This brief survey asks if your children will attend OMS next year, whether you will have any children new to OMS next year, and whether you know of any friend or neighbor's children that will be new to OMS next year. The survey should only take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. It is very important that EVERY family responds to this survey so we are able to project our staffing and sections for next year.
