Earth Fair: The Ecology Club is proud to present our annual big event - Earth Fair. On Wednesday, April 22 from 6:30-8:00 pm, grab your family and join us at OMS to learn about recycling, play fun games, recycle spirit wear, win prizes, visit with outside vendors and be part of the GREEN action here at OMS. If you would like a table at the Earth Fair, want to volunteer at the Earth Fair or simply have questions, you may contact Judi Schuch or Zhaneta Roura. Don't miss this event!
Cub Scouts: On February 13, OMS Cub Scout Pack 169 celebrated our annual Blue and Gold Dinner. At this event we said goodbye to eight fifth grade boys who have crossed over from Cub Scouts to Boy Scouts. This is a milestone achievement for these scouts as it culminates five years of scouting activity at OMS. The scouts are Kyle Colacicco, Connor Durkin, Adi Roura, Matthew Sanchez, Kevin Sheehan, Jacob Siciliano, Will Suarez, and Jack Sullivan. One of the many things they learned during their journey is how to set a goal and achieve it, an important life skill. Special thanks also their adult leaders, Iram Sanchez and Tom Suarez, who help guide them through their Cub Scout journey. Click here for a photo.
Just Move It Challenge: The JMI challenge is on Saturday April 11. There is a 5K and a 1 mile walk. This is a great family fun event that raises money for ABC25. Please click here for more information and to sign up.
